   1) after spending a long period of time trying to make a local wordpress install, time as come to ask how to process to do it from A to Z in a windows 7 (32bits), wordpress-3.2.1-fr_FR, the phpMyAdmin is unfindable in XAMPP http://localhost/, and so

   2) in the same time, meanwhile my domain name is getting transfered, is the new empty hoster can be used to install wordpress ? need a correct means to insert flash animations into wordpress, need a correct setting to insert paypal, finally a correct process to use a file transfer protocol for wordpress
