   hi,

   I want to fresh install 2.9.1.

   Please someone guide me how can I import my WordPress posts, pages, comments, custom fields, categories, and tags from a WordPress export file?

   Iread admin>>>tools>>import>>WordPress (Import posts, pages, comments, custom fields, categories, and tags from a WordPress export file).

   Is that the best and easiest way?

   If yes, what is "WordPress WXR file"?

   Where do I find it? or how I create it?

   Please guide.

   hi,

   I figured oyt how to create XML.

   when I import it i get the following error:

   The uploaded file could not be moved to /home/virtual/siteXXXX../wp-content.

   Can someone guide me please? Thanks. tara
