    Hi emaarkhan,
    When re-installing: backup the original 'wp-config.php ' and restore it the in the fresh install. [quick and simple]
    Yes the plugins should work.

    WARNING: It MIGHT be that a plugin has caused the problems you are now experiencing. Restoring them MIGHT re-introduce the problems.

    The problem is that my password to admin doesn't let me log in.it doesn't give any error.it just refreshes the page. I have to do lost your password to have new password that will work until that tab is opened and when i close it i am back to the password problem and i have to repeat. I tried renaming the plugin folder bt no luck. even my permalinks are working.any ideas?

    Have you tried completely deleting the plugin(s)?
    Use FTP to access the site, delete the plugin directorie(s) and see if you can regain access to your site.

    If you delete them, and your site works again, you can be sure where the problem originated: the plugin.
    If you delete them, and your site still doesn't work, you'll know you'll have to continue to search.

    Knowing that, you can either re-install the plugin preferably a fresh copy or find another plugin that doesn't cause any problems.

    By the way. By deleting I mean, removing from the website directories. Ofcourse you can simply download them to a folder on your desktop for safekeeping.

    Fixed it! Someone else had a solution which worked.

    In the wp-config.php add this

    /** Added to fix issue with the login. */
    define('ADMIN_COOKIE_PATH', '/');

    After the DB_COLLATE lines. Hope this works for you.
