Fresh install not working

    I have just done a fresh install of WordPress on a new server and have got the following errors:

    Warning: require_once(/homepages/4/d516178068/htdocs/wp-includes/pomo/mo.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /homepages/4/d516178068/htdocs/wp-includes/load.php on line 731

    Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/homepages/4/d516178068/htdocs/wp-includes/pomo/mo.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php5.4′) in /homepages/4/d516178068/htdocs/wp-includes/load.php on line 731

    Not seen these before ever, can anyone help?
