   Having difficulties getting a French WP site going. I have downloaded and installed the French WP version created by Arnaud Ball into the root of my site. The wp-config.php file has the line:
   define ('WPLANG', 'fr_FR.mo');

   The folder "languages" inside wp-content contains the files fr_FR.mo and fr_FR.po. Additionally, the theme Elegant Grunge has inside its folder the same two files.

   There is a note on the Elegant Grunge site that says "Then unzip the Elegant Grunge language pack into the wp-content/themes/elegant-grunge folder, and you’re set."

   I am not sure what is meant by that. What is the language pack and where would I get it?

   Help appreciated - this is a site for grieving teens in Quebec.

   I was able to solve the problem with the help of Arnaud Ball. I downloaded the latest WP from http://www.wordpress-fr.net/ . I then also placed the fr_FR.mo and fr_FR.po files directly into the Elegant Grunge theme folder.

   Finally, it worked, thanks to Arnaud. Merci!

   Is it possible to have both English and French at the same time. I have a site where some users are French and some are American and each would prefer the interface in their own language. Can each admin user choose the language of the dashboard if the correct .mo and .po files are installed?
