• I have tested the free version. You can define several staff, services of different duration and locations and connect which services each staff can do where and when. It is easy to set up. The user can select location, service, service provider (staff) and date and time for booking. Time is shown in quarters of an hour and these intervals can not be changed in the free version. The free version is lacking confirmation e-mail to user and admin. This makes the free version rather unusable.

  • It’s almost a year after the original comment, and still lacking the email notification in the free version.

    That is the one and only feature that is lacking that so many other schedulers do have.

    the one that came closest was Appointy

    some of the others I tested & rejected included:
    Appointment Calendar
    Simple Bookings
    Booking System (Booking Calendar)
    Booking Calendar
