   Hey everyone, my new theme "Intrepidity" is just released today.

   This theme is designed to help your site achieve better search engine rankings and generate business leads though many marketing tools such as landing pages, optin form, adsense/banners, and social networking integration.

   You will also be able to change the color scheme of your site and adopt your own design through your custom header, background images and etc.

   Sorry...U taged this theme as translation-readay, but i did no find any .mo or .po file under theme folder.

   Little bug here. When hovering above the Home tab there is no rounded corner.

   i successfully install and activate this theme but there is an error when i enter the site admin. Now i cannot even change to my old theme..

   What licence is this theme released under? Topics that are specifically promoting themes listed without GPL licence details will be removed.

   Themes from their site are not GPL.

   Our free premium wordpress themes are completely free to use for your own website as long as you are not selling or redistributing them.

   The Intrepidity theme is being distributed on their site, so I assume it's covered by the same T&C's.

    Have just installed this and have been very impressed so far!

    One thing you mention is being adsense ready - how do you integrate adsense to this?

    To clarify, Intrepidity WordPress theme I announced is available for download from both wordpress.org and my site. Regardless of which site you download it from, its CSS, XHTML and design is released under GPL, as the theme homepage clearly states:

    Hey Josh, glad you like it! There's a sidebar widget called "240x130 Side Banner Space". You can paste your ad code within that dimension. Do you have any suggestion? I appreciate your feedback!

    its CSS, XHTML and design is released under GPL

    and php. A GPL compatible license should be included as a text file in the theme zip.

    Hey sztar - I can't seem to get this working.

    Maybe optimising for use with an adsense plugin would be best. When I add the code is doesn't show-up, and none of the google adverts are 240x130, so everything looks broken when I add them.

    I'm sure something can be figured out though, as the package as a whole with I've been very pleased with (especially as it's my first attempt at web publishing!).

    Other comment - is it possible to change the favicon?

    Finally, agree r.e. the home tab hover - slightly annoying!

    I installed the wordpress and intrepid theme on my site and i want to link tabs on horizontal navigation menu (pages) straight to pages on my site rather than have them open as a page on the blog. Is there any way to do this?

    It's a great theme (and my first).

    How do I get the header image to load correctly? I'm using "My Theme -> Design" to upload and specify the header image. It shows a nice preview. I save the configuration.

    But none of the pages show the header. How do I get this to work?

    Firstly, want to congratulate you on a great looking them.

    Quick question: the RSS feed on my site is in the right hand column. It is misaligned - looking just a little too high. How do I knock it down a little?

    I fiddled with the header size and moved the rest of the page down a little to accommodate it... has this affected it, or is it a different issue?

    Hello, I've just installed this theme as it looks so good. I'd like to modify the Home (landing) page so that it just shows plain text. I could I suppose simply create a new page to do that, if I did would I be able to switch them so that the new page was the landing page and the current Home page was the second page?

    Any help appreciated on the best way to accomplish this.

    I love this theme, but is anyone else having issues uploading images from the console? I try to upload new header logos, or header images, etc and I receive an error after clicking Save Changes:

    @evesblog, check to see if your /wp-content/themes/intrepidity/uploads/ folder is writable (i.e. 0755). You can change the folder's permission by FTP program or your web host's file manager.

    Love the theme. However how do i edit the code for the Optin Form? I wanna keep the blue background and page flip image but put some new text/html in there instead.

    Where is this code/text located? Not accessible from widgets page. Can remove image but canot add new one and when i put text/html in the form it messed up the format and i lost the background. My site is: http://jefffarrelljournalism.com/

    Also is it possible to make the title of the posts stretch the full width of the main column? Seems to only take up about 60% of main panel & wraps onto the lines below. See: http://jefffarrelljournalism.com/?p=4

    Found how to edit optin form:

    Edit /wp-content/themes/intrepidity/sidebar.php on your server (ftp, etc).

    Easy to change text. Image and removing form a bit trickier.

    I am having issues with header/footer images too. Trying to upload a 300k JPG and I have check permissions on wp-content/themes/intrepidity/uploads/ - they are at 755 as suggested? Any help greatly appreciated

    Got this sorted by changing permission to 755 on all folders from intrepidity down

    Cannot upload files.
    Tried manually creating uploads folder and setting all folders and files to 755. Getting following error "The uploaded file could not be moved to /hsphere/local/home/jez/jefffarrelljournalism.com/wp-content/uploads."

    Any ideas?

    Is there anyway to not have the blog name appear other than adding a logo? I want the same header on each page and right now I can't seem to get it to work unless I opt to show the blog name.
