Free host to develop site

    I know that a lot of you will say there aren’t any good free hosts but i just wanted one to build a wordpress site on for somebody. Then when it’s done i can move it to the host that they are already using to replace their current site.

    If there isn’t any, are there any decent cheap hosts i could use, preferably UK based.
