   I recently signed up for a free account. However, I don't have the same Theme options within the admin panel. So, are all free accounts restricted to the available themes. If not, how can I go about adding my own theme, when I only options that I have within the Presentation tab are Themes, and Sidebar Editor, instead of Themes, and Theme Editor?

   At a guess, you have a wordpress.COM blog?
