    Dear All,

    Could someone give a definitive yes/no answer can the XHTML doctype in wordpress be set to use the frameset dtd?

    Yes, this can be declared in the header.php file of your theme. Different themes can use different declarations for DOCTYPE, so you may have to manually edit this yourself.
