Frame Functionality Question

    I hate frames, and refuse to use them. However, What i’m looking ot accomplish is to load a different url in a frame like fashion. Example:

    ‘
    <FRAMESET cols=”80%”>
    <FRAME SRC=”http://www.mysite.com”&gt;
    </FRAMESET>
    ‘

    Does anyone know of a way to code this in php or javascript. I’m at a loss and any help would be greatly appreciated.
