Just a minor idea:
Rename "Media Library" to just "Media."
1st rationale: to be consistent with other menu items. I "manage links" so therefore, I also "manage media."
2nd rationale: "library" is redundant. Most of the content types of WordPress can be considered a library. A library of links, posts, etc.
Searched and didn't see any discussion on this, so I'm throwing in my 2 cents. Sorry if this idea has already been discussed.
