    1. When will you upgrade to 3.4.1 compatibility? I'm surprised that a fairly new plugin wasn't developed for the latest version.

    2. I keep reading "forms", but I don't see the capability to include more than one default form.

    3. I set all field sizes to large, but only every other one is. I reset them to medium for now.

    4. I included user instructions for every field. NONE of them appear :(

$30 is a lot to charge for a pro version that doesn't include many additional features. Visual Form Builder only charges $10 and offers a lot more. You would probably get more buyers with a more affordable cost.

    Hi,

    Answers:

1: It's already compatible with WP 3.4.1. If you are experiencing some problem with that WP version please contact our support service at http://wordpress.dwbooster.com/contact-us , we will offer you free support to check that and give you the solution.

2: Only one form is allowed in the current version, we are working in an update that will allow multiple forms.

3 and 4: If possible please contact our support service at http://wordpress.dwbooster.com/contact-us ... send the issue description , a link to the page to verify it and we will give you a solution.

The pro version will include more features soon. The charge is basically to cover the support service, unfortunately we cannot offer a quality support service without charging for it.

    Thank you for your comments.

    1. Yes, it works with 3.4.1, but your listing needs to be updated.

    Compatible up to: 3.3.2
Warning: This plugin has not been tested with your current version of WordPress.

    2. In that case, you should change the current description to explicitly state that it only creates one form. It's very deceiving and a waste of time for anyone looking to use more than one.

    3. Not necessary. I've already uninstalled the plugin and decided to use
Visual Form Builder. It offers so much more in the free version alone, including:

    • Automatically stores form entries in your WordPress database
    • Manage form entries in the WordPress dashboard
    • Export entries to a CSV file
    • Send form submissions to multiple emails
    • Customized Confirmation Messages
    • Redirect to a WordPress Page or a URL
    • Confirmation Email Receipt to User
    • Embed Multiple Forms on a Post/Page
    • One-click form duplication. Copy a form you've already built to save time
    • Use your own CSS (if you want)
    • Multiple field layout options. Arrange your fields in two, three, or a mixture of columns.

    4. Charging for plugin support is a load of crap. That's what the support tab is for. Anyone that charges is not a developer with plugins that I care to use.

As you can see we do offer free support here. Is for additional premium support for what we charge in the professional (non-free) version.

Thanks for your comments. We appreciate your feedback.
