I've been looking for a seemless way to have my category feeds moved to Feedburner. This is mostly to try and track how many subscribers I have and downloads that are coming from our page (for podcasts). I also don't want force my current subscribers to change URLS, I know I will loose some that way.
I know there are plug-ins, but from what I've read it's mostly for single-feed sites not multiple feeds like what I need.

Has anyone had success with this? I looked at the solution at
http://www.2very.com/wordpress/plugins/feedburner-category-feeds-plugin/
but it requires that the Feedburner feeds be named with the category slug, and since I've already got subscribers on each of those Feedburner feeds I would really rather not mess with migrating the feed titles over.
How do you do this manually?
