   how do I create a PAGE and have it forward to an external URL ??

   You can use something like the Redirectify plugin to do that.

   A download is availabe at the bottom of:
   http://www.transycan.net/blogtest/download-themes/

   I added the plig in ok, but what does it mean "add a key"

   For the Page you add a Custom Field with a key of redirect and in the value, you put the url you want that page to 'forward' (redirect).
