Forum redirection

how it can be done that,when i click a button .. say “Forum”
to redirect me to my forum and not to the forum in the blog ..
i have forum-server plugin .. and i don’t like it ..
i would like to have vbulletin or something else ..
the forum will be on the same host as the blog and i want that users could use thei nicknames which they registered on the blog
