Forum question unanswered for PLUGIN

I got this email below and when I clicked on the 2nd URL link to check the reply… there was nothing there. sigh. WHen I click on the first URL link, no one answered. Anyone have any suggestions on how I can get my question answered?

But in general, you should be aware that these are free, volunteer staffed forums, so sometimes you may not get an answer as fast as you’d like. And FWIW, some plugins are not supported by the developer – for whatever reason. Plugins are FREE and there is no promised level of support – so if that’s the situation, you may need to either hire someone to help you or find another plugin or solution.
