MadWhiteNerdI'm currently developing my site, MadWhiteNerd.com, and I would like to not only integrate a forum, but use it for comments and discussion on my articles rather than comments.
Let me apologize ahead of time if any of this has been answered, but my search results didn't return anything.
So, I have a couple of questions:
1.) What is currently the best way to integrate a forum with WordPress? I've been eyeing BBpress, but I'm not really sure about it.
2.) Is there a way, once the forum is integrated, that instead of a comment section, I could have a link to "Discuss this article on our forums!" which links them to the appropriate thread on the forums (preferably automatically generated)?
The Magic: the Gathering website http://www.brainburst.com used to do something like this before they switched to the facebook social plugin they use now. Any ideas?
