Form/shortcode will not work when creating landing page

Hi there –

I was able to create the landing page portion of my landing page, but when I tried to create the form on the same page (by clicking the power button/shortcodes), it would get indefinitely load.

I was able to create a form from the sidebar, but I still can’t load it to my landing page.

I installed all of the plugins that are suggested. What should I do now?
