Forms disappeared!!!

    My client’s website first showed the following error: Contact Form Shortcode Error: Form 2 does not exist, when I check the plugin I found the forms names have been lost, fields have disappeared and default fields and settings are showing now. The clients said they didn’t do anything. What could cause this? I need an explanation for them.

    HELP. Same issue and the client spends a lot on AdWords and was very distressed that his forms disappeared and he lost responses.

    I deactivated and reactivated the plugin and the forms are now on the site…

    BUT I can’t access them through Admin and therefore can’t edit them.

    Can someone please come up with an answer. My client is totally distressed!

    I was wrong. The two custom forms I created did not come back. Only the standard form appears. Liz, did you get any help? Any chance you are hosting on BlueHost?

    Ruthie1 I didn’t get any help. But I found a backup of my website with the forms OK, so I restore them. I have no idea why this happened. And no, BlueHost is not my host. Liz

    Actually the Author could no longer support this plugin. Someone i read here that he pass away.
