   Hello,

   I hope that I'm posting this in the right section.

   I would like to have a page that is an application submission page with fields for people to enter their name, details, answers to questions, etc... I believe that cfforms II will handle this, correct?

   The next and most important question is, once they fill out the application form fields, they need to be able to upload documents.

   I'm not sure how to do this but I would think that it should be possible.

   All of the research I've done online is coming up empty as far as answers to the uploading question.

   Thank you in advance for any help that anyone can provide! I really appreciate any input into this.

   Bump. I'm looking for the same thing. @jwinkle, check out "Contact Form 7", it's working perfectly for me...
