   Just wondering if anyone knows how to make all of the radio buttons for the same field name to appear on the same line when the form displays.

   Example:

   I want to have it appear like this:
   Question 1: 0 0 0 0 0

   Instead of:
   Question 1:0
   0
   0
   0
   0
