I'm using WordPress 3.0.04 with Atahaulpa 3.6.1. The tag cloud is picking up the default text and link formatting that is in the body of my posts. I want it to use the same formatting (mainly link color, active lint, visited link) behavior as the other widgets (category, subscribe to, archives, recent posts, blogroll, recent comments). The guys that wrote the theme don't know how to fix it because it's not part of their code. I'm not sure how you get into the code of a widget or if I would even know how to fix it if I did.
Also when the tags get big (frequently used) they seem to expand over top of the sidebar and spill into the center. This doesn't look very attractive and I'd like to fix that too.
Thanks in advance.

Esmi,
They specifically said that's not their code and they don't know how to fix it. They said talk to the guy that made the widget. Do you know who? I thought it was a standard part of wordpress.
Are you using the standard Tag Cloud widget from Appearance->Widgets?

Then it's the theme's CSS that needs amending. I suggest re-posting to the support forum and specifically mentioning that you are using the standard WordPress Tag Cloud widget. The theme should be supporting it properly.
