   How do I format the text (italicize) in the more tag?

   This does not work: <!--more <em>But wait, there’s more! Read the full post here.</em> -->

   This messes with plugin text (Buy me a beer): <em><!--more <em>But wait, there’s more! Read the full post here. --></em>
