formatting in WYSIWYG does not show up in post?

    When I format the post using WYSIWYG editor the formatting is not displayed on the site. I seems like it filters the code. The formatting works fine with other themes than the one I use. Is there a quick fix to this issue? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

    WordPress strips a lot of formatting in posts/pages. What specifically are you trying to do? Usually, there is a wordpress-kosher way of doing something.

    If you change themes (temporarily) to Default, does your formatting return?

    If so, take a look at your current theme’s index.php. Find the_excerpt and replace it with the_content.
