   A fairly simple question, I hope:
   When I'm creating or editing a page, I have one row of buttons for formatting such as Bold, Italic, etc.
   There should be another row of buttons showing Paragraph/Heading styles etc... how do I enable this?

   It was the 'Kitchen Sink' button at the end of the first row - the only button I hadn't tried! This enables the second row of buttons.
