   Hi there,

   I have been trying to format the post comment form to look as illustrated on the following screenshot. However, I have not had much success.

   I am also wanting the text within the boxes (excluding the 'Post Comment' button) to disappear when clicked.

   Any help would be much appreciated.

   it would help to see what you have tried so far and where it failed your expectations.
   it is much easier to adjust css by working from an existing code.
   and a live link would be even better ?

   I have had a go at trying to recreate my efforts at this customisation, but have not been able to get anywhere near where I was previously.

   Is it not possible to show me how to create this customisation without seeing my own code since all I have to link to is the standard WordPress comment form PHP and CSS?

   Any help appreciated!
