Form works on site, not emailing results

I have my contact forms set to automatically send form results to my email address and two others from my company. When I fill out a form on the site, no error messages are shown, but the results are not sent to any of the three emails.

This is only a recent issue, these forms have worked well for a couple years now and suddenly this has now occurred.
