Form to publish a page plugin (1 post)

    Dear,

    I require a plugin which publishes the form to page under particular page link

    for example
    Directory
    A
    Ashley Cole
    ABC
    B
    Bob Marley

    Directory is main page, subpage "A" and "Ashley Cole" is published from form directly.
