Same problem. Not being sent to “Also send notification(s) to:” designee either. Any suggestions?
My IT guy just cleared it up, for me at least.
Apparently my server was set up so that emails from forms had to come “from” an email address from the same domain. So if I wanted to use this plugin on http://www.website.com, the “from” address in the form settings has to be something like “me@website.com.” So my problem is solved.
However, I’ll leave this thread as unresolved for Drew’s sake. (Unless this helps you, Drew. Just let me know. Good luck!)

Yes, that was a problem and i fixed it, but the plugin won’t refresh the updated email. In fact, when I try to update any settings on the plugin, I get this message:
You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ” is required.’ WHERE setting_name
= ‘required_msg” at line 1
I even tried deleting and reinstalling the plugin. nothing.
I just posted 1.6.41 which should fix this problem. Thanks for posting the error message, otherwise I wouldn’t have found the culprit.

Thanks for the update Hoff. No longer receiving the error when I update settings, but I am still not receiving the emails after submission. Is this because, as David mentioned, our admin’s email is from an old domain?
