Form styles inconsistent

I’ve a form at: http://www.7comms.co.uk/bug and have seemingly different font styles for the CF7 radio & checkbox labels from other form fields. Also my ‘textarea’ borders are different from ‘text’. Where should I edit the css, and will it be overwritten with a CF7 upgrade?
