• I’m in search for a form plugin which is able to show the out-put within a post or a new page.

    For example:

1 – Someone fills out a form on my website with fields like name, text and file upload.

2 – He/she presses on the send button.

3 – The out-put/content of the form will be send to another location on the website (preferrably within a certain post), with text and upload (the upload should be able to be downloaded).

4 – Someone else (a company) can look up for the results and download the uploaded file within a secured post or page (in front, not at the back of the website/dasboard).

Can anybody help my with a plug-in, which is able to perform these actions?

[No bumping. If it’s that urgent, consider hiring someone.]

Extra information for the moderator, I’m asking advise concerning a specific plug-in. I know it’s out there, but I do not know which one will fit best.

So hiring someone for making an existing plug-in is just like reinventing the wheel.

Would Formidable Pro work? Or are there also free plug-ins with the same functionality?

Someone experience with free plug-ins like MM forms pro? Or TDO mini forms (no updates).
