[resolved] Form Manager Conditions Not Working (7 posts)

I'm designing a registration form and one of the questions asks for the attendee's level of education: MD, DO, PhD and other.

If the attendee checks Other, I would like an "if other, please specify" text box to appear.

I've tried to set this up using conditions, i.e. "only show elements if "degree" equals "Other." This applies to "otherdegree"

However, when I view the form, it does not work.

    Suggestions?

I'm not sure. Could you post a link to the form?

I tried to get the form but I'm only getting a placeholder page.

I apologize for that. I have now deactivated the placeholder plugin and you should have access now.
    Thanks!

Thats a bug. 1.5.19 should work for you. BTW the way 'equals' works for checkbox lists is if one of the checked items has the given value.

Thank you so much! That fixed the problem and the form works like a charm! Great plugin !!
