Form is not formatted as it is on piryx form page

    Unfortunately my site is in maintenance mode as it in dev so you won’t be able to see the page.

    The issue has to do with the CSS. I’d like to keep the existing layout as it is on my main piryx donation page but I’d rather not have to duplicate each form field to match.

    I can create a temp user account for you if you contact me or feel free to suggest another option. It seems the plugin css ids do not match with the piryx site form ids.
