Form contact for different publishers

I have in my blog several publishers, and in the profile of each – /author/login – display the e-mail for contact. But many are complaining of spam.

Then I would like to know if there is a plugin to create a simple contact form (Name, Email, Subject, Message, CAPTCHA anti-spam) for users can contact directly to the columnist (the contact form is send for e-mail of the columnist) and thus prevents the e-mail it is shown, ending with SPAM, facilitating the contact (and all are happy).
