    Hi guys, First post! YAY!

Anyway, basically what I am trying to do is, create a form that writes to a back end database, but when it is added it stays on the page and a new line appears underneath it.

Im creating a day sheet for a crane company, they want to be able to select a crane and put in a few details about where it will be on that day, then click add, and it will be added to the day sheet. They can then write another crane in on the line below it.

Also, I need the same sort of thing but one for a Job sheet, so they add in the Job details click add, and at the end of the day then can download it to excel?

Is this possible via a plugin or how would I go about it?

Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated.
