Form builder – results do not get stored in back end

    Hi,

    I am using ‘FormBuilder’ and it is great apart from one thing – when I submit a form and look up in ‘stored results’ (within the plug admin interface), I cannot se anything stored. I am pretty sure the plug in is installed correctly as when I switch to ‘convert data and send to email’, I get the data fine.

    Has anyone come across this issue?

    Its because this feature needs to be turned on. It is not on by default. Go into formbuilder settings under “Database XML Backup” and check the checkbox and then click “yes”. This will allow the stored results to work.
