Jetpack allows you to customize the look of the comment form, but doesn’t make any changes to the way the comment themselves are displayed. This is entirely managed by your theme.
Could you try to switch to one of the default themes for a few minutes, and see if the comments appear? If they do, you will need to check your theme’s comments.php file, and compare it with the comment functions in one the default themes to make sure that your theme doesn’t miss anything:

Hi! I’ve tried to search but i only found situations of when the comments form doesn’t appear. In my case, the form appears correctly but the user comments don’t! They are approved in backoffice, the blog post says there is one comment, but the comments already posted but users don’t appear! If I deactivate Jetpack comments, they show up.
