Forgotten password – not receiving reminder

    I haven’t logged into my site in nearly a year, and cannot remember the password. When I request a password reminder, nothing appears in my email (nor in my junk mail, and I have no blocks or filters on). In addition, the login page does not recognise my email address. Please help.

    You sure your blog wasn’t hacked ?

    Do you still have the email sent by your blog when you created it, maybe it is actually another email addy than the one you thought it would be ?

    Otherwise, you can change it within your database with phpmyadmin.
    Load the database.
    In the vertical list of table, click the wp_users table.
    See which one is your admin, and you can see what is its email addy, and you may even change the addy if you want.

    Eh, ignore this. Solved problem by going roundabout
