Hi -- I had used the automatic emailer option and then realised that I've actually not got access to the email which I had used to register the account, at the moment. I'm in the process of transferring the domain to my hosting account but had forgotten this and used that as a email address to register my wordpress account. Is there a way to go about the change of the registration email address or do I have to wait for the domain to be transferred and hope that the password reset email is indeed in the inbox? Please kindly help!
Are you referring to your host account or your wordpress in Mac as they two different things

I think it is my wordpress locally on my Mac as I have yet to upload any files to my host account via ftp.
Then you can go in phpmyadmin and edit your info in wp-users table
instructions here how edit
