    Hello nztoar,

it is in New Zealand, wright? New Zealand has several timezones and even timezones with half an hour difference. This problem occurs sometimes with specific locations but you should be able to fix it using the time diff setting.

wp-forecast has its own cache and you can change the frequency the cache is updated in seconds. So 3600 represents an hour. Please check also the english reference at http://www.tuxlog.de/wordpress/2008/wp-forecast-reference-v17-english/

I just checked the values and it seems to be okay only the sunset/sunrise times are different from the web view but are also delivered via the xml api with different values. Accuweather reports Oamaru is 12 hours away from GMT and has daylight saving (which leads to another hour which is added. Maybe this is the problem?

To check you can always get the XML feed wp-forecast uses for Oamaru at http://forecastfox.accuweather.com/adcbin/forecastfox/weather_data.asp?location=OCN|NZ|NZ000|OAMARU

Please check if wp-forecast displays the values from the XML feed. For any other differences please contact accuweather, since I can not influence them. 🙁

    Hope it helps.
