   Hi all --

   Just started using WordPress. I'm pretty much a site design newbie, but Im finding this very easy to use.

   One thing I want to do -- in fact, one thing that is key to my site -- is the restriction of features to only those who register.

   For example, on my site I'll have:

   BumpIn chat bar
   Polls
   Anonymous submissions (people can submit things to my site for publication on a separate page)

   However, I only want to allow people who are 1) registered 2) with a certain @<domain> email address to use the chat, vote in the polls, or make submissions.

   Is there any way to do this?
