FORCE_SSL_LOGIN Does Not Work

When setting in wp-config file the following:
define(‘FORCE_SSL_LOGIN’, true);

On a normal login page it makes the link inside the source for the post to:
action=”https://mysite.com/wp-login.php”

When using this plugin the generated login form page ignores the settings and displays a form with http as the action instead.

Hope there is a fix to this!
