For some reason I can only exclude one page or page tree in a sitemap. Why?

    I started using this plugin a few days ago. For some reason, all of the sudden, only the first page I want to exclude is acrually excluded from a sitemap.

    If I write:
    [sitemap_pages label=”Index” heading=”2″ exclude_tree=”549,19″]
    I exclude the page 549.

    If I write:
    [sitemap_pages label=”Index” heading=”2″ exclude_tree=”549,19″]
    I exclude the page 19.

    It doesn’t matter how many pages I add; only the first one is included.

    What could be wrong?
