Footers Issues in Safari browser

This works fine in Firefox, but not in Safari…

Open this page in Safari, see that the footers do not clear like they do in Firefox.

footer {clear: both;} is part of my code that allows it to work in Firefox. Any ideas why it doesn’t work here? Thanks 🙂
