Footer Tag causing issues

Alright, I went into my footer tag, deleted a </div> tag, and then this is what happened to my blog:

If you view it from IE vs Mozilla you can see that for some odd reason the footer box just won’t come down which is screwing up everything else. I re-inserted the </div> tag but nothing changed, and I also re-uploaded the theme, still nothing. I tried different themes and realized that the same error now happens on them as well.

Putting 1 and 1 together one of my files within wordpress on my server got screwed up somehow. Anyone have any ideas on what happened here?
