Does anyone have any idea why my footer is spanning the entire page, when it is actually meant to only be as wide as the header?

Any help would be great. Thanks.

In Firefox, it is as wide as the header.

I suspect it's because you're cutting and pasteing from a word processor. Not good...

I can't say I've cut and pasted from a Word processor; I'm normally pretty good about copying into Notepad first, but I may have let one slip whilst at work.

In any event, removing that pesky
< li> and replacing it with a < p>appears to have done the trick. Many thanks whooami! Oh, and I'm a "he", in case you had a sudden urge to know.

Check "EU Matrimonial Property and Divorce Proposals":

    Has a bunch of <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 6pt" class="5Normal" align="justify">

....that would be the one I pasted directly from the European Commission's website! Oh I'm lazy...*smacks back of hand*

It's the "other" problem that's still really bugging me, though: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/81313?replies=3
