Footer Off By 1-2 PX

    On this page (http://ybcfamily.com/home/?p=8#more-8) when viewing in Firefox on WinXP, the footer is off by just a tad. I traced the problem to whenever the page is long enough to need a scroll bar it bumps everything over a tad. On short pages it aligns fine. Anyone seen this before?
