Footer location different on each page

Hi. I am not sure what I’ve done int he custom styles to cause this, but my footer does not stick to the bottom of the page unless the page’s content pushes it down. I am new to this (my first page), and I have basically spliced code from different tutorials and manipulated things myself with the element inspector. The problem I’m having is the footer on my pages. On the pages I already had, the footer remains on the bottom, but on each consecutive new page I make, the footer does not rest against the bottom of the page.
