Hello all! First post here. I know enough to get by but need some help on something that is stumping me.

On this site: http://www.douglasmediacorp.com/jmc/ I have customized the footer.php file and it displays 100% correctly on the homepage.

For some reason though, on all individual pages it defaults to the original footer. Both php files (index.php and pages.php) display the same "get_footer" so why is it pulling a different footer for the pages? I'm beating my head against a wall so any help will be appreciated!

I see same footer on each page - refresh that page to force page download. You may also have to clear local browser cache - review @browser forum(s) so that you don't lose history or saved passwords (well actually for security don't do that).
